WHAT TO EXPECT
when working with me
Each project type has a different set of processes and time-lines. This breakdown below provides a quick overview into working with me.
Each month, I take on a limited amount of new clients so that each and every project is given the attention it needs. Your project will be managed by myself from beginning to end and I will be involved with constant communication via phone or email.

STEP 1
Ensure we are a good match
STEP 2
Get you booked in
We will begin with chat over email, a call or if you are local, a coffee and catch up. Once we’ve had that initial discussion and we have locked in a start date, I’ll send you a quote to be approved. I will also require you to have a look at our terms & conditions, followed by an invoice for the 50% deposit. The non-refundable 50% deposit is due before any work commences, and is required to book your spot on my calendar.
STEP 3
Research and build

Finalise all content
Once your project brief is signed off by us and yourself and ready to be implemented, you will send your content in a cloud folder (such as Dropbox or Google Drive) or in 1 consolidated email so I can begin to work on your design from a centralised source. This is an important step as while we will be working collaboratively, I’ll be relying on you to have your final content through, proofed and ready to go.
STEP 5
Draft and design
This is where I get to work! Using your brief and questionnaire as a guide, I will begin creating concepts and drafting out designs. Once I am happy with a first draft, I will send it through for review and then we will begin the process refinement rounds until we are happy, and the design is finalised and signed off.
STEP 6
Completion and celebration!
After designs are signed off, I will package up the files and send over to you via email. I strongly advise you save the files on your Cloud to avoid losing them. I will promote you on my social media and website to give your brand a boost.
